Journey Planning & Mapping
We plan all our journeys to ensure that drivers know the maximum driving hours, routes to take, rest stop areas, and safe parking points. We do mapping of clients locations to ensure efficiency in delivery times and good fleet performance and scope of work being done.
Route Risk Assessments
Being part of the Journey Management enabling us to identify and manage hazards and risks, choose the best and cost-effective routes to use and rest stops for the drivers to use as well as identification of black spots and blocked routes.
Tracking and Monitoring
By use of On Board Computer units to track our Fleet and monitor Driver Behaviour we ensure that Fleet Performance is devoid of incidences, delays and malpractices.
