Operational & Technical Elements
These cover Road Safety – Number of Accidents, Near Misses, Robberies & Hijacks. Product Crossovers – Number of Crossovers during transport and number of crossovers at Customer location. Spillages – Number of Spillages during transport and number of Spillages at Customer location.
Cultural & Behavioral Elements
These cover Personal Safety – Fatalities, Serious Injuries, Work Related(Occupational Health) Illnesses, Health & Safety Meetings, Toolbox Talks, Emergency Drills & Simulations, Unsafe Conditions and Behaviour Reporting, Potential Incidents Reporting, Lost Time Injuries and Fit For Duty Checks.
